Roof in Place

Finally the winters are over and work on the cottage and the whole site has started again. The roof has been placed on the cottage giving a glimpse of the final shape of this beautiful cottage.

The interior work is in progress and now the rains will not interrupt the final stages of finishing the cottage.

Work in Progress - Model Cottage

The work on model cottage is going at full swing. (see Site Pictures below).  The cottages vary in size from 2100 Sq Feet to 1600 Sq Feet covered area. The lawns and servant quarters are not included in the above mentioned covered area. You can also specify your own requirement and the cottage will be designed to suit your requirement. The tentative price is 6500 per Square feet for covered area.

The first lay out design of the Hill Cottages in Koti Near Chail in Himachal Pradesh is up for preview.

Koti in Himachal

Koti is a small hamlet about 12 Kms from Chail in Himachal Pradesh on the Chail Kufri Road. The average altitude of the area is  6000 feet (1850 Meters) above sea level. 

Koti is at an altitude of 6600 feet (2000 Meters Approximately). The Koti Cottages are at 7000 feet (2150 Meters Approx.) with extremely pleasant weather during summers.

The summer temperature remains between 25 C to 8 C and it snows in the area in the months of December and January.

The cottages are being constructed in a quiet area about 4 Kms off the main road. All items of daily need like groceries and vegetables etc are easily available in the Koti market. 

Koti is easily accessible by road from Chandigarh and Shimla. The Coordinates of the site are 31°1'27"N   77°15'45"E
