The work on model cottage is going at full swing. (see Site Pictures
below). The cottages vary in size from 2100 Sq Feet to 1600 Sq Feet
covered area. The lawns and servant quarters are not included in the
above mentioned covered area. You can also specify your own requirement
and the cottage will be designed to suit your requirement. The tentative
price is 6500 per Square feet for covered area.
